  • Thank you for your interest in renting space with Wayzata Public Schools! Please complete the form below with information regarding your facility use request.
     
    If you already have a facility account, we will update your account with the information provided to ensure its accuracy. If you do not yet have a facility account, a new one will be created for you with the information provided below.
     
    Please allow up to (5) business days for a response to your account request. You will receive an email from Arux with information on accessing your account once created.

  • Group Status

  • To achieve maximum extended day and weekend use of school facilities with minimum conflict, a scheduling process is in place arranging groups on a priority basis.

    Please review the classes below to determine which priority category you qualify for. Documentation may be requested for proof of non-profit status and % of district residents within your group.

    Class 1:

    • ISD 284 School events, athletics and activities
    • ISD 284 Community Education programs
    • ISD 284 School sanctioned booster organizations

    Class 2:

    • ISD 284 Community-based youth associations
    • ISD 284 Based nonprofits
    • ISD 284 Community individuals (non-commercial)

    Class 3:

    • Non-Profits outside of ISD 284
    • Individuals (non-commercial) outside of ISD 284
    • Political/municipal organizations
    • Religious organizations

    Class 4:

    • Individuals, private agencies, companies, and vendors using district facilities for commercial purposes or profit

  • Organization Information

  • Does your organization reside and operate within ISD 284 boundaries? At least 75% of activity/event attendees must be district residents in order to answer "yes."*

  • If you are a non-profit organization, can you provide proof of your 501(c)(3) status?
  • Tax Exempt Status: If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, can you provide proof of your ST3 form? Minnesota sales tax will be applied to all rental fees associated with facility use in gymnasium, dome, turf and pool rentals.
  • Insurance: Proof of insurance is required for all facility use and ISD 284 must be named as additional insured and the certificate holder (see sample below). Are you able to obtain insurance coverage for your event?*
  • An example of a certificate of liability insurance. The form includes the name of the insured person or company, the insurance provider, and the policy number. Wayzata independent school district #284 is listed as a certificate holder.
