Fill out this form if you are moving to a new address within the Wayzata Public Schools district.
Moving may change your student's assigned school or bus service. After you submit this form, you will get a confirmation email with a link to check if your new address changes your student's school.

Once you submit all the required information below, please allow up to two business days for your address change to be processed.

When choosing your move-in date, please use these guidelines:
- If moving on a weekday: Select the day you move.
- If moving on a weekend: Select the Friday before you move.
- If you have already moved: Pick the next available date on the calendar. We will update your address as soon as possible, but setting up bus service to your new home may take a few days during the school year.

⚠️ Important: We will check if your new address changes your student's assigned school. If your school assignment changes:
- Moving before the school year starts: Your student will automatically be assigned to their new school.
- Moving during the school year: You must pick one option for each student:
  - Stay at their current school: No district bus service. You must transport your student to and from school on time.
  - Transfer to their new school: District bus service will be provided.

- Lease: Must show a parent or guardian's name, the lease dates, and signatures from both the tenant and landlord.
- Purchase agreement: Must show a parent or guardian's name, the closing date, and signatures from both the buyer and seller.
- Utility bill: An electric, gas, or water bill showing service within the last 30 days. Usually, your most recent bill will work.
